Tuesday Night Gravel
- Tuesday nights at roughly 6:20 PM with a start at Healthy Habits. Usually around 25 miles.
- Averages 15 mph pace
- Ride with regular re-group points.
- Helmets required, lights recommended.

- Rides generally start after and finish on the time change.
Wednesday Mountain Bike Rides
- Start times and locations will vary to ride different local trails.
- No Drop Rides.
- Helmets required, lights recommended.
- These rides will be led by Alex and the Healthy Habits Team.

Thursday Night Gravel
- Another Ride with the Gravel Cycling Degenerates
- Significantly faster, ~ 18+ MPH Average
- Drop Ride, make sure to download the route
- Starts from a variety of locations
- Usually averages 27-30+ miles

Tuesday Night Women's Ride
- The QCBC Cycling Divas enjoy a mid-paced ride (13-15mph average) for 20-30 miles after work on Tuesdays (April – September. Then reconvene at the end of the ride for dinner and socializing - its ladies' night out!

- Starts from Ben Butterworth Park in Moline
- Roughly 50 miles
